Tamia is born and raised in Zimbabwe, who is a passionate human rights activist currently residing in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Tamia is in her final year of a pre-law degree, Tamia is dedicated to pursuing a career in human rights law world wide. Tamia is currently interning at PFK Lawyers, and has also garnered valuable experience through collaborations with various law firms. Committed to making a difference, Tamia has volunteered and worked with organizations like the United Nations , the law society of Manitoba and the legislative of Manitoba, where she actively contributes to initiatives aimed at promoting human rights. Having witnessed the challenges faced by women in Zimbabwe, Tamia aspires to leverage her education and experiences to contribute to the advancement of gender equality in the world. Tamia’s journey reflects a deep commitment to justice, and she is driven by the belief that everyone deserves equal rights and opportunities just as she has been given. Tamia is Eager to apply her skills and attributes to advocate for human rights, Tamia looks forward to contributing meaningfully to the global fight for equality.
